6 Days in Yellowstone with Seniors | Day 5: Lower Loop

[Day 5 - Yellowstone Lower Loop]: 1. According to the regular route, the first stop is the Grand Prismatic Spring, known as the "Eye of God." Walking on the boardwalk, the colorful hot springs are eye-catching. 2. The second attraction is the Morning Glory Pool, which is a 20-minute walk along the trail. The name is very fitting (see photo 5). 3. Continue walking for 2 miles to reach the Old Faithful Geyser, which erupts every 90 minutes and is known for its punctuality. It erupted at 4:45 pm, right on time. 4. Continue driving to the West Thumb Geyser Basin, where the turquoise waters of Yellowstone Lake are captivating. With clouds overhead, it feels like being in a painting. 5. Leave the park before dark. When we returned to the cabin, it was pitch black. Looking up, the sky was full of stars, as if they were within reach. Tips: If you enter and exit Yellowstone for two consecutive days, it's best to leave before dark. Otherwise, you may encounter herds of bison returning home, and your car will have to follow them at a snail's pace for an hour and a half, just like yesterday.
