[Tottori Prefecture: Misasa Onsen] Head to Kabuyu, the origin of Misasa Onsen.

Misasa Onsen is one of the three major radium hot springs in Japan, boasting one of the highest radon contents in the world. The "Kabuyu" is said to be the origin of Misasa Onsen and started here. There is a public bath, a foot bath, and a drinking fountain. At the drinking fountain, locals and tourists alike come to take home the hot spring water, so there may be a wait time when it is crowded. Please be careful as the road to get there is narrow.
