Mandarin Oriental Hospitality

I wanted to relax at a hotel, so I went to my favorite Mandarin Oriental Hotel for afternoon tea. I also stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore, and it seems that hospitality is universal. However, there was a slight problem with this stay. I made a reservation quite some time ago (more than two months), but when I went on the day, I was told that there were no twin rooms, so an extra bed would be put in the king room. No no no. So I told them that this was different from what I had reserved, but they said that there were no twin rooms available, and in the end they prepared two king rooms for me (I negotiated quite a bit). After that, they apologized, but until then they only explained that they were sorry but they couldn't prepare one, so we would put it in a king room. I was a little disappointed. However, after that, they prepared fruit in my room, which was a great response. Also, the person in charge? came and apologized properly. The facility is very clean and elegant. It's perfect for a relaxing stay. The welcome drink is delicious, so I recommend it!
