[Tokyo] All-you-can-eat kale hotpot!

This is We Are the Farm Ebisu. We Are the Farm is an organic vegetable restaurant with about six locations in Tokyo. This time, we had the all-you-can-eat vegetable hotpot course. The appetizer was mushroom carpaccio, and it was my first time to eat raw mushrooms, but it was fresh and very delicious! The main course was hotpot. The mountain of kale made a big impact. It also contained eggplant, tomato, chicken, purple cabbage, and other ingredients, so it was very filling. Even though it was hotpot, it wasn't that spicy, so even if you don't like spicy food, you could eat it without any problems! The vegetables were all-you-can-eat, but I was quite full after the first serving. lol Other than this, we were served seasonal vegetable fritters, low-temperature grilled chicken for the main course, and finally kale fried rice with garlic. The portions were about one or two bites except for the hotpot, so it was like enjoying the hotpot to the fullest!
