Shinjuku Historical Museum is a Shinjuku City museum located in Yotsuya, Tokyo. Opening hours are 9:30-17:30. Closed on the second and fourth Mondays of every month and during the New Year holidays, but please check the calendar on the website for details. Admission is 300 yen for the permanent exhibition. Although it is a Shinjuku City facility, it has a solid exhibit and many easy-to-understand models, so I saw many parents and children using it as a learning space for their children. There are limited areas for taking photos, and notices are posted. Please check carefully and enjoy taking photos. There are also restored models of streetcars and a restored model of an ordinary home from around 1935, so please come in and enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere!
