This is Marunouchi building nearby Tokyo station, it is a tall office building with retail space in central Tokyo. They are having legoland fair during summer and all children are welcome to join in their free lego building experience. At the moment, the number 1 most popular Sanrio character also having its exhibition here too. This shopping building is built in way to reduce the need for lights. In the main building, they have an open sky roof opening up towards the sky.
