Harry Potter Studios Tokyo ~ Food (better than expected, worth a try)

There are two cafes in Harry Potter Studios: 1. One of them (Food Hall) is on the right after entering the studio. It is rare to eat in the (fake) hall of Hogwarts, so of course I have to try it. There are dessert areas and staple food areas. There are many styles of desserts. I personally think the most distinctive one is Hagrid's stone cake. The stone cake is easier to eat than described in the book (otherwise you will lose all your teeth, haha~), the surface is chocolate and the bottom layer is tart. Although it is a little sweet, if you are a Harry Potter fan, you can't miss it! ! ! As for the main food area, there are pasta and all-day breakfast (with 9 3/4 printed on it), but I personally don’t think it’s very unique, so I didn’t eat it 🥲🥲🥲 2. Another cafe is in the center of the movie city. You will pass by it when you walk halfway, but it is super crowded. Because there are fewer resting places during the tour, that cafe is the main place for tourists to rest. It is recommended to split half of the people to queue and the other half to find seats. Some seats are very uniquely designed, and even have USB charging points, but the number is small. It depends on whether you are lucky! As for the food, different meals were designed according to the characteristics of different colleges, which was very thoughtful. For example, the snake college used intestines to pretend to be big snakes. There are holiday limited editions for different holidays, and new desserts will be released at Christmas! The most special thing on the weekday menu is the dessert - Hey Mei Cake. Although it is made of cream, it is not too sweet, just for checking in 😆 There is a snack stand (?) next to the restaurant where you can buy cream beer (the taste is hey), and there is a hand-washing basin next to it for people to wash cups. The cups are different from those in Universal Studios and are worth collecting. When you buy them, they will come with a plastic bag to hold the cleaned cups, so that visitors can take them home. It’s really thoughtful! Overall, the food tastes good, not too salty or too sweet, the portion is sufficient, and the price is not too expensive. It has a much higher CP value than Universal Studios/Disney! P.S. You don’t have to pick up the food yourself after purchasing it. Someone will deliver it to your table.
