Tonchin is a ramen shop in Ikebukuro. Ikebukuro is a ramen battleground. Among them, this shop is fortunate to be open early in the morning. This time I had the Gyoton Ramen. A bowl of pork bone soup covered in seafood sauce. The pork bone and seafood are well balanced, and it's not as greasy as I thought it would be! You can choose between curly or straight noodles.
