𓆮A must-visit in Tokyo! The world's first hand brewed coffee

𓏽 𓏽 𓏽 Nadoya no katte is a quaint courtyard cafe located in Yoyogi-uehara, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Renovated from an old house built in the 1960s, the indoor seats are mainly made of logs. The garden is filled with fallen leaves and the aroma of coffee creates a perfect atmosphere. The shop specializes in hand-brewed coffee and is operated by Glitch, a famous Tokyo coffee roasting shop. The quality of the coffee beans speaks for itself. I ordered the hand-brewed Ethiopia Tamiru Sky Project, which uses the Tim washed processing method, and the sweetness is more prominent than the usual water-washed one. The first taste has a strong jasmine aroma and a lingering white grape aroma. Friends who like floral and fruity aromas will definitely like this bean. I also ordered the Colombia Huila Monteblanco milk coffee, which was amazing! The first sip has a rich aroma of white chocolate, a hint of coconut cream, and ends with a caramel sweetness. This is the best coffee I have ever had! Sincerely recommend it to friends who are going to Tokyo. However, please note that the coffee shop is only open three days a week.
