This is called Takanawa Nijūrokuya. Located on a hilltop with a great view, Takanawa is said to have had a culture of waiting for the moon to rise and praying during the Edo period, and this is a modern adaptation of that culture. Takanawa Sakura Festival 2024 will be held from Friday, March 8th to Sunday, April 14th, 2024.
