[Kamezumi Inari Shrine/Chiyoda Ward] Red fenced Inari ball and dignified Koma Fox

Kamezumi Inari Shrine in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 Kanda Hachikencho, Kanda Rokukencho, Yanagiwara Daimoncho, and Uenomachi Daichi merged to form Kanda Kamezumicho in 1869 (Meiji 2). In December of the same year, the Sotokanda area was burned down by fire. The government replaced the land with the former Buzen Kokura Domain. In 1870 (Meiji 3), the house god enshrined in the mansion and the Inari shrine in Kanda Hachikencho were enshrined together, leading to the founding of this shrine. The shrine is located in the direction from Okachimachi Station to Akihabara Station, and feels like it's in the city. It's an area with little foot traffic. The red fence with the Inari ball sign painted on it is open, and once you pass through the torii gate, the shrine building is right in front of you. There was a pair of guardian foxes with dignified faces. You can also see JR trains running near the shrine. ✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼ ꕥShrine name: Kamezumi Inari Shrine ꕥAddress: 5-4-7 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ꕥAccess: 🚉 Okachimachi Station → 5 minutes walk ✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼••┈┈┈┈••✼ #Sakura2024 #Shrine visit #Shrine tour #Shrines and temples #Shrine lover
