#Tokyo Attractions Koishikawa Korakuen, one of the oldest gardens in Tokyo, dates back to 1629 and is now a shining pearl among the nine classic gardens in Tokyo. This garden was once a part of the residence of the Mito Tokugawa family during the Tokugawa Mitsukuni period. After its completion, it has attracted many tourists with its unique charm. The pond in the center of the garden and the winding trails around it complement each other. There are many kinds of plants and trees, and the garden has different appearances in each season.
