This is my third stay there. We also planned to stay in a hot spring hotel in Kusatsu for two nights. Therefore, after checking out two days ago, I was able to store my large luggage for free, so I didn't need to carry two large suitcases to Kusatsu, which was very convenient. The hotel is located near Shinjuku Station and is very lively. Compared to other hotels in Shinjuku, it is usually some distance away from JR Shinjuku Station, but I was very satisfied with the Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku where I stayed this time. Although the rooms are a bit old, the space and location are really great and the price is quite reasonable. From the South Exit of Shinjuku Station, the hotel is a 4-minute walk away, making it very convenient for shopping or a late-night snack. If you want to go to other attractions, you can easily transfer to the Tokyo Metro, JR East Railway, highway bus, etc., which is very convenient. In addition, if you are taking the limousine bus to Narita Airport or Haneda Airport, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient and you don't have to walk far. Room Type: I stayed in two different room types: 🌟I stayed in an Economy Double Room - Non-Smoking for the first two nights🌟 Room rate: HKD1783 / 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday) Room size: 15 sqm / 161 sqft City view, non-smoking room, bathtub and shower. 🌟I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for the last two nights🌟 Room rate: 1753.86 / two nights (weekdays) Room area: 23.1 square meters City view, non-smoking room, bathtub and shower. Both room types are large enough to accommodate two suitcases, and the Standard Twin Room can even accommodate two large suitcases and one small suitcase, for a total of three suitcases! The Simmons beds were really super comfortable. Typical Japanese hotel, very clean and tidy. The room is equipped with an air purifier and is fully equipped with basic furniture such as a TV, refrigerator, kettle, etc. The room is also equipped with heating, which makes it very warm and comfortable. Daily necessities need to be picked up in the hotel lobby, and facial masks and bath products are provided very considerately. The hotel also provides self-service laundry services, microwave ovens, ice machines and other facilities, making food, clothing, housing and transportation very convenient. Although the hotel looks a bit old, there are many tourists or business people staying here because its location is so good! The hotel lobby and check-in counter are elegantly designed, with a self-service check-in and check-out process. You just need to go to the counter to get a QR CODE at the beginning, and then use the QR CODE to collect the room card by yourself. The same applies to check-out. It is very convenient! The self-service check-in machine provides Chinese and English interfaces, which is very considerate. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku.
