Nitta Shrine 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 Nitta Shrine is located in Yaguchi, Ota Ward. Founded in 1358. The deity worshipped is Nitta Yoshioki, a brave general who is said to have been assassinated at the Yaguchi Ferry. After the assassination, natural disasters occurred frequently. Nitta Myojin Shrine was founded in front of Yoshioki's tomb to appease his spirit, and was later enshrined as Nitta Daimyojin. In the autumn-like grounds, the Chozuya (purification fountain) was decorated in an autumn version.
