First choice for hotels near Ueno Station in Tokyo

During my last trip to Japan, I stayed one night at the Ueno Iriya Hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. Although the room was small, the hotel's location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and close to Ueno and Asakusa. The front desk staff spoke multiple languages, making communication easy, and check-in was simple. The room was small but had all the basic amenities. There is another hotel from the same group nearby, so be careful not to go to the wrong place as it can be quite confusing.
