When you think of Hokkaido, you think of fresh seafood! But even if you don't go all the way to Sapporo, there's a place in Tokyo where you can enjoy Hokkaido-quality sushi. That's Nemuro Hanamaru (回転寿司 根室花まる)! It's originally a popular sushi restaurant in Hokkaido, but there are a few branches in Tokyo. The one I visited was the Tokyo Korakuen branch! It's near Tokyo Dome, so it's a great place to stop by after seeing Tokyo Dome City or after healing at Spa LaQua. ✔️ Waiting Tip: Even though I went around 8pm on a weekend, there were about 25 groups waiting! You can check the real-time waiting status by taking a number and scanning the QR code, so you can spend time nearby while waiting. I waited while shopping at Daiso, which is right downstairs! (No matter when you go to Daiso, time flies🤣) When I came back to the store, the waiting line was shorter, and I waited for about an hour before entering! 📝 Ordering method & menu information ✔️ I sat down at a table… No iPad ordering! 🤔 When I looked around, everyone was writing their menus on paper and ordering. I was confused because there was only a Japanese menu, but luckily the waiter prepared a Korean menu & a photo menu! 📷 Thanks to the photo menu, I can see at a glance how many pieces there are and what they look like! 🍽️ Price per plate (tax included) ⬛️Black plate 176 yen Egg roll, fried tofu sushi, shrimp mayo, salad, etc. 🟥Pink plate 308 yen Tuna, salmon, squid, sweet shrimp, etc. 🟩Green plate 418 yen Salmon belly, raw squid, yellowtail, sea bream, engawa, Japanese custard egg, etc. 🟦Blue plate 550 yen Tuna medium belly, eel, ikura, squid, etc. ✔️ How to order 1️⃣ Write the menu number & number of plates & whether or not to add wasabi on a piece of paper 2️⃣ Give it to the staff 3️⃣ When the time is up, the staff will bring the sushi we ordered to our table! 4️⃣ Of course, you can get sushi right from the conveyor belt, but freshly made sushi tastes better😆 🍣 Menu The sushi we ordered is salmon, tuna, tuna belly, tuna belly, yellowtail, fin, etc.! ✨The sashimi is thick and fresh, just like Japanese sushi 💰 100% satisfaction for the price!
