#Spring0yentrip I went to Pizza 4P's in Azabudai Hills, which I had been longing for 🍕 When I went to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, a Vietnamese acquaintance told me that this restaurant is run by a Japanese couple in Ho Chi Minh City and is very delicious and recommended, so I should definitely go! However, I didn't have time to go, and soon after, it opened in Azabudai Hills as a reverse import, so I was very happy, but it quickly became popular and I couldn't make a reservation when I wanted to go, and it's been a year since it opened and baked, and I was finally able to go this time 😍 Thankfully, I was able to sit at the counter in front of the open kitchen ✨ First of all, the menu book is a style I've never seen before, so you can enjoy it like a magazine 🎵 Cheers with original craft beer 🍻 The seasonal tartare is tuna and pear tartare. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it's also delicious!! 🩷 I was surprised that tuna and pear go so well together 🫢 For the main course, I ordered two half and half pizzas. The signature menu pizza and margherita topped with burrata cheese made in the shop, cheese pizza topped with curry and honey 🧀 Freshly baked in the oven, everything is amazing 🍕💕 The red sea bream and saffron risotto is also so delicious that you should definitely order it! For dessert, I ordered diramisu 🤎 This was the first time I'd ever eaten such a moist tiramisu with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness! It was so delicious that it was definitely worth waiting a month for a reservation!
