However, the hotel is located within an office building, with the reception on the 20th floor, which can be a bit tricky to navigate. Airport buses arrive directly at the ground floor of the building, but you'll need to take an elevator to the 20th floor for check-in, and guest rooms are located above the 30th floor. Additionally, the nearby bus stops, Shinjuku JR Station, and Takashimaya can be accessed directly from the hotel's second-floor platform, making it super convenient once you familiarize yourself with the routes! From Haneda Airport, there's a direct bus to the hotel, and tickets can be purchased at the airport's self-service machines. However, for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to head to Shinjuku Bus Terminal to buy tickets and board the bus. Tickets can be purchased at the terminal or booked online (see the last image for details). Rooms: The views are spectacular! I booked a Twin Room with a View, offering a panoramic look at landmarks like Tokyo Skytree and Shinjuku Gyoen, exuding a quintessential Japanese urban vibe. The room design is fairly standard but impeccably clean, and spacious compared to similar hotels in Japan. The only downside is the lack of complimentary drinking water. While there's a 7-11 downstairs, it closes early on weekends, so you might miss out at night. However, the bathroom is spacious, equipped with subtly fragrant toiletries, and features a windowsill next to the bathtub, allowing you to enjoy the night view while soaking—instant mood booster! They proactively assist with luggage during check-in and offer free luggage storage after check-out, which is super convenient for shopping tourists! Dining: I haven't tried the hotel's restaurant yet, but there's a Shake Shack and Starbucks downstairs, and Takashimaya across the street is a food paradise! For breakfast, there are plenty of options, and I recommend trying the traditional wagashi shop on the street below, paired with a cup of matcha for an authentic Tokyo morning experience.
