Otsuka Station: Enjoy the retro Showa era atmosphere

Otsuka Station is on the JR Yamanote Line and the Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line). There are delicious restaurants, izakayas, and cafes near the station, and it is a very comfortable place to live in a residential area just a short walk from the station. Tokyo once had many Toden trams, but now there is only the Arakawa Line. It is a very precious tram.
