Salted Tsukemen Tokyo

A late-night ramen shop in Akasaka🌙🏠 I've lived in this area three times and passed by it N times but never tried it🚶🏻 I came here for a midnight snack on my last night before going back😬 It gets more crowded and busier as the night goes on. Some office workers come here to sober up after a bit of drunkenness😳 Some friends in suits who just got off work and are hungry come here to pay respect to the Gozo Shrine🤤 Some tourists come here to eat after shopping at the drugstore Donki. I don't know if it's dinner or midnight snack🛍️ There are only four booths and an L-shaped bar with about 20 seats in the shop. Seat🪑 Like other ramen shops, you pay at the ordering machine before taking a seat💸 But the ¥1000 note got stuck and kept spitting out💴 It turns out that these machines can't recognize the newly printed ¥1000 notes and only accept the old ones😮 Luckily, a kind customer behind me exchanged an old one with me🥰 The main dish here is the mild and delicious soup base of the tsukemen🍜 It's not as thick as other tsukemen and the sauce is also strong😋 As a midnight snack, it's not so strong that you have to drink a lot of water😌 #japanitinerary#food
