I went to the prestigious Ichinomiya Nukisaki Shrine in Kozuke Province✨ The shrine sign appeared in the midst of a peaceful landscape. After passing through the uphill approach to the shrine, a torii gate⛩ came into view👀 When you think of a shrine, you usually have to go up stone steps, but it's strange to see the shrine building below your line of sight😳 The main hall and worship hall are brilliantly colored. Don't miss the thunder god window and lion on the gable of the main hall. It is said that the shrine was established in its current location during the reign of Emperor Ankan (531). In 1635, the third shogun of the Edo shogunate, Tokugawa Iemitsu, ordered the construction of the main hall, worship hall, tower gate, and corridor.
