|Step into a real-life fairytale. I came to Tonglu on a road trip and chose this forest-themed homestay. It's truly breathtakingly beautiful. This Cloud9 homestay is a hidden gem with a wabi-sabi aesthetic.✨  📍Location Hidden in Qinglongwu, Xiekengkou Village, Fuchunjiang Town, Tonglu, it's about a 40-minute drive from Tonglu Station. The scenery along the way is stunning, a journey deeper into the green mountains and clear waters, a true fairytale adventure. 🏡Design Renovated from an old house, it perfectly blends industrial and wabi-sabi styles. The original rammed earth walls and concrete floors are preserved, complemented by industrial-style iron stairs and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Every detail speaks to a dialogue between time and modernity, creating a tranquil atmosphere. 🏊‍♀️Facilities ✔️Large outdoor swimming pool, perfect for photoshoots📸 ✔️Rooms with scenic bathtubs (sadly, I didn't book one) ✔️Healthy breakfast with fresh ingredients, delicious and nutritious. ✔️Leisure area: Mahjong machine, karaoke, perfect for fun with friends and family. There's also an outdoor viewing platform for BBQs. 🛏️Rooms Double, twin, and loft rooms are available. Room names are taken from Yang Shen's "Jianghe" from the Ming Dynasty, such as Chixiao and Bixiao, each with a unique Zen feel. Some rooms have private courtyards and soaking pools, offering spaciousness and a true vacation vibe. 🎈Nearby Attractions ✔️Fangyukong Countryside Capsule Bookstore: A 3-minute walk away, this bookstore is full of literary charm, perfect for reading and taking photos. ✔️Luci Village: A real-life idyllic retreat. Stroll along the stream, play in the water, and experience the peaceful fishing village life. ✔️Daqishan National Forest Park: About a 20-minute drive, it combines mountain and grassland scenery, perfect for hiking and fresh air. The owner is incredibly welcoming, sending the location in advance and helping with luggage upon arrival. The rooms have complimentary fruits and snacks, and the service is exceptional!
