Toronto Centre Island Romantic Day Trip

This Monday, we decided to visit Toronto Centre Island, a tranquil and beautiful paradise. We avoided the weekend crowds. 🌟How to get to Centre Island? 1. Ferry 🚢 Depart from Jack Layton Ferry Terminal. Address: 9 Queens Quay W (See the last image for departure times) 2. Water Taxi 🚤 One-way adult fare: $12.5 cash/person, $14 card/person. Return trip can be taken for free by ferry. To catch the earliest ferry, we chose the one that was about to depart. After arriving at Hanlan’s Point, we began a walk of about 4 kilometers, eventually reaching Centre Island. The weather was very nice, and the scenery along the way was very healing❗️If you have your own bicycle 🚲, you can bring it to the island. Cycling on the island is also a great experience. ✨Along the lakeshore, we walked to Centre Island’s Bike Rental. We rented a tandem bicycle and rode to Ward’s Island for a tour, then returned to Centre Island to return the bike. The Bike Rental cycling fees are as follows: • Single bicycle: $10/person • Tandem bicycle (front and back seats): $20/person • Tandem bicycle (side-by-side seats): $21/person • Four-person bicycle: $39/person After cycling, we started to stroll around Centre Island.
