Christmas in Torbay

Just heading home from an impulsive Christmas spent in Torbay. The warmest Christmas on record according to the news, lovely sunshine walks along the sea and lots of peace and quiet. Exactly what was needed for our Christmas escape from the city. It was so peaceful and relaxing but looking forward to coming back and exploring more in the summer when it’s easier to get around etc. I didn’t know what to expect from Torquay but the town and harbour areas are really nice with some great hotels to chose from and easy transport links to London including 3 direct trains most days.
