The renowned Kanchogai Street, also known as Komakaido, is adorned with 155 cherry trees and 161 pine trees along its 1.1-kilometer stretch, creating a captivating contrast of pink and green hues. This scenic avenue, recognized among Japan’s top 100 roads, becomes the centerpiece of the Towada City Spring Festival, held from April 19 to May 5 .
