Cappadocia, wow. What a dream! This part of Turkey, which is also often associated with hot air balloons, is one of our favourite destinations. Each morning, unless the weather is not suitable, hundreds of balloons take off during the sunrise and float in the sky for a few hours. The show is truly spectacular and worth an early wake up call! Cappadocia is also where you can find the cave hotel rooms which are typical for this part of Turkey. The accommodation options here are very affordable and unique. My favourites include the Museum Hotel, Local Cave House and the Sultan Cave Suites. #cappadocia #visitturkey

For sure one of the most famous attractions of Asian part of Turkey is this place called Cappadocia. These are homes of people who lived here thousands of years ago. They are made in the stones and caves and they are very rare. You can see theme everywhere in these valleys. Be prepared to spend 3-4 days on the road. #happynewyear

By any chance if you go to Turkey, not Istanbul as most famously and cliche way everyone would think, I suggest take some time to visit central Anatolian beauty Cappadocia. Cappadocia is most famously is rock and stone shapes built over thousand of years with its thousands of cave churches and mysterious underground cities as well as a great place for photography fans and hot ballon travelers. Cappadocia has a lot to offer and a must see place in Turkey.
