Tropea Beach (Calabria)

#summervacay Perched beneath a cliffside town, Tropea Beach looks like a scene from a fantasy movie. I descended the winding stairs from the old town and was instantly stunned by the turquoise waters and soft sand. The iconic Santa Maria dell’Isola monastery on the rocky promontory makes the whole scene feel surreal. I swam, relaxed, and had granita right on the beach. The sun setting behind the cliffs was the cherry on top. Calabria’s gem — and so underrated.
