Izakaya Taigen 🍺 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 Izakaya 🏮 "Taigen" is one of the many izakayas in the center of Izuhara. The chef apparently serves fish 🐟 that he has caught. The menu features conger eel, a staple of Tsushima! I wanted to try the white-grilled version, but unfortunately they didn't have it available that day. Instead, I had boiled conger eel, but it was plump and I finished it in no time 😋 The appetizer was boiled fish, and when I asked the name of the fish 🐟, it was "Akahata". If I had ordered it normally, it would have cost 1,100 yen, so I was surprised at how great the appetizer 🉐 was! ️ There were a lot of small bones, but I was able to enjoy it to the fullest. The local sake, Hakudake, is also easy to drink🍶 If you are wondering where to eat on your first visit to Tsushima, I recommend it.
