The first floor is a tourist information center and souvenir shop, the second floor is Ulsan Big Baby House, and the third floor is Ipalcheongchun Photo Studio. I felt sorry to just buy souvenirs, so I went up to the second and third floors. The second floor was decorated as a room, and the third floor was where I could rent clothes and take pictures! You can search for 'Ipalcheongchun Photo Studio' on Naver and make a reservation for a retro costume rental + studio, and the reservation fee is 10,000 won. And the on-site visit fee is 10,000 won per person, and the maximum usage time is 2 hours. They say you can choose 1 basic costume (3 sets can be fitted), and 5 accessories :)
