Route 24 – Pimlico to Hampstead Heath: Northbound London Charm

#myfavoriteroute Bus 24 is one of London’s oldest unchanged routes, and I love it for its mix of culture and calm. It begins in Pimlico, goes past Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Camden Town, and ends at Hampstead Heath. I often take it from Leicester Square to Camden – it’s slow, but the journey is full of energy, especially at night. The people-watching opportunities are endless, and every neighbourhood it passes through feels like a new chapter of the city. It’s a true Central-to-North London ride full of character.
