Check out the statues you can find on the streets of Venice! Look for the lion, St. Theodore, and the Tetrarchy!

#Spring0yenTrip The city of Venice is full of statues that actually have hidden stories! Among them, there are three symbols that you should definitely check out. First, the "Winged Lion"! Watching over the city from atop a pillar in St. Mark's Square, it is super famous as the symbol of St. Mark, the patron saint of Venice! Next is the "Statue of St. Theodore." This is the previous patron saint of St. Mark, and is a dignified figure defeating a crocodile. Don't miss it as it stands on the other pillar in St. Mark's Square. And the hidden favorite is the "Tetrarch"!
