Stunning view on the Grand Canal: the white-domed Basilica of Our Lady of Health

At the end of last month, my friend and I traveled to Venice and visited the Basilica of Santa Maria del Salvador, located beside the Grand Canal. This Baroque-style church has a magnificent appearance, and its dome and pure white building sparkle in the sun, with a majestic and imposing appearance. We walked along the bridge to the front of the church, and admired the exquisite carvings and architectural details up close, feeling the strong religious atmosphere. Walking into the temple, the towering dome and the elegant altar are amazing. Sitting quietly in the chair for a while, my mood also became calm and peaceful. This church not only witnessed history and faith, but also became the most peaceful and touching stop on our journey.
