Medieval style: Venice Regata Storica

#Overseas Travel The first Sunday of September every year Venice, Italy There is a grand and solemn festival celebration It’s the Venice Regatta ~ Regata Storica In the thirteenth century There has been a regatta in Venice A long history More than five hundred years Before the actual race On the Grand Canal in Venice There will be a big water parade The protagonists are many large and small beautiful ships It feels like going back to the Middle Ages The ships are all designed from the 16th century The passengers and the helmsman on board They all dress up as medieval characters Wearing gorgeous traditional costumes full of ancient European style The scene is grand, just like the plot in a movie After the parade, the race begins. There are many events in total There are couples, six people, men, women and children. Each group of events has traditional boats of different colors participating in the competition There are yellow, purple, blue, white, red, green, orange, pink and brown.
