Verona Amphitheatre

The Arena di Verona is an ancient Roman amphitheatre located in the old town of Verona, Italy. Some parts seem to have collapsed in an earthquake long ago, but most remain in good condition. The arena area is quite large and well worth seeing. You can climb up and down the spectator seats and view the arena from various points. You can also walk through the internal passages, which makes you feel emotional thinking about how ancient people used to enter and exit through here.
