#OverseasTravel In the center of Verona, Italy, there are two ancient bridges full of character, one of which is the old castle bridge Ponte Scaligero. The bridge has a total length of 120 meters and is mainly constructed of red brick, with red brick above and white marble for the lower white part. When the bridge was built in the 14th century, the aim was to connect the castle so that in the event of an accident, it was possible to escape from the castle as quickly as possible and reach the opposite river bank.
