It would be more meaningful if you know the history of Laos. It is said that King Anu was defeated in the war with Thailand and was taken to Bangkok and died in prison. Considering the history of our country being annexed by Japan, it doesn't feel like someone else's story. The park is well-decorated and there is a night market next to it, so it's a good place to take a walk in the park and look around the night market.
