The best restaurant in Wutai Mountain.

The Zifu Chef at Wutai Mountain Marriott Hotel is a buffet breakfast and a weekend buffet restaurant. On weekdays, you can enjoy a la carte or set meals here, with a very high cost performance of Chinese and Western meals. This time we came with more than a dozen people and booked a set meal here. I can say it was unexpectedly good. Freshly baked bread, served with olive oil, black vinegar, and homemade basil sauce. Exquisite appetizers, fresh and refreshing. Small tomato and cheese salad, slightly sour, with the dense taste of cheese, instantly open the taste buds. Pumpkin cream soup, sweet and silky, with a light cream aftertaste. The main course is pan-fried cod, fat cod belly, crispy fish skin, tender fish with asparagus and lemon juice, balanced taste. Finally, the tiramisu, which is super high in value, is wrapped in a mousse full of milk flavor and soaked in coffee wine biscuits.
