Bustling but peaceful Ushi 1 night 2 days itinerary + review

#ChinaTravelMoment #2024WishEvent Ushi is actually not a ‘very famous city’, but it was a place I definitely wanted to recommend to someone after visiting. The city was moderately noisy, the scenery was gentle, and there weren’t many people, so I was able to have a relaxing trip. ⸻ Day 1 – Healing starting at the lake and garden 🏨 I recommend finding a place near Taihu Lake! → If you can see the lake from your room or if it is in a location where you can take a walk, it is perfect. ⛲ Morning – Walking around Taihu Lake & viewing the park → The waves are calm and the walking path is really well-made → Even though it is a city park, it is so quiet that you can hear the sound of water, wind, and leaves 📸 Photo tips • Silhouette shot of the stone bridge in front of the lake • Hair blowing in the wind + backlight • A cut sitting on the water or a foot shot is also emotional ⛩ Afternoon – Experience the Lingshan Great Buddha & Tibetan-style temple → A truly enormous Buddha statue! → The whole place is built like a temple + park + theme space, so it's not just a tourist attraction, but a good place to walk and stay quietly. ☕ Dinner - Leisurely finish at a tea house or traditional restaurant → The Ushi is not too salty, so it suits Korean tastes well, → The tea house has soft lighting + warm atmosphere = just healing ⸻ Day 2 - Finishing the emotional alley & shopping 🏘 Morning - Walking along Nanchang Street (南长街) → Traditional alley built along the canal → Quiet emotional shops, dessert cafes, many tile-roofed tea houses → It's especially quiet and nice on weekend mornings 🧧 Shopping for souvenirs & local snacks → Recommendations: Taihu Mountain Tea, Wuxi Pian Gang (生姜) cookies, handmade fans, miniature gardens 🍜 Lunch - Local noodles or tofu dishes → Have a light meal, then take the train or go to the airport! ⸻ ✨ Wuxi Travel Tips • 📍 Taichung is the prettiest during sunset • ⛩ Daebulsa Temple has an entrance fee, but it's big enough to walk around all day long • 📷 Nanchang Street is much more emotional in the morning than in the evening, and the pictures come out better • ☕ Local teahouses are okay to just order basic tea and stay for a long time • 🚕 Didi is easy to catch, so transportation is not inconvenient at all ⸻ ✍️ One-line review Wuxi is not fancy, but it's a very peaceful city. It was a trip that made me feel peaceful✨ #TravelPlan #OverseasTravel #ChinaTravel #Trip.comReview #TravelItinerary #Wuxi #WuxiTravel
