Li Jishen's former residence was built in the 14th year of the Republic of China (1925). It is in the form of a manor. It faces south and covers an area of ​​about 3,500 square meters. The existing building area is about 2,010 square meters. It is a manor-style brick and wood structure building with turrets on all four corners of the wall. There are courtyard-style wing rooms and three-story blue brick buildings in Chinese and Western styles. There are 53 large and small halls and rooms, covering an area of ​​13,500 square meters. On the gate of the courtyard is a plaque titled "Former Residence of Li Jishen" mentioned by Hu Yao, former General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
