Aloft Xiamen Tong'an: A World Sleep Day Getaway

March 21st is World Sleep Day, and today I participated in the 📍Aloft Xiamen Tong'an World Sleep Day event, venturing into the mountains with friends. "Forest Aromatherapy: Breath of Nature" was the theme of this event. We briefly bid farewell to the hustle and bustle of the city, setting aside the pressures of work and life. Following the instructor, we meditated, practiced aromatherapy, experienced singing bowls, and felt the breeze, fully immersing ourselves in nature, as if we were leaves on a tree. The event also featured essential oils, delicious food, and sharing sessions. That evening, back at the Aloft Xiamen Tong'an, a hotel that emphasizes a fresh and natural lifestyle, I fell asleep instantly. It was the most restful sleep I've had in two months.
