Where to stay in Xichang for your May Day trip

[Real Xichang Accommodation Experience] This hotel made my whole trip so much more comfortable. I went to Xichang last week, and I'm so glad I chose the right accommodation. The room numbers are marked with satellite cloud icons, and there is a relief wall of the local topography in the elevator hall. You can feel the designer's intentions in every detail. I stayed in two types of rooms this time, and I was very satisfied with both. The room with a balcony is especially practical. After playing in the water at Qionghai, I could hang my swimsuit and towel on the balcony and they would dry quickly. The corner room has windows on three sides, and the view of the sunset in the evening is amazing. The mattress is just the right firmness, and I slept very soundly. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very clean. The most thoughtful thing is that there are charging ports on the bedside, which is great for people like me who can't live without their phones. The beef and mutton offal rice noodles for breakfast are freshly cooked, and they are especially appetizing with pickled vegetables. The taste is no worse than the old shops outside. One day I was too tired to go out, so I ordered the Twice Cooked Pork from the Chinese restaurant. I didn't expect it to be so delicious, with a homemade taste. Several small details of the hotel were especially touching: the laundry room on the third floor saved my clothes that were soaked from paddle boarding; there was a "Liangshan Gazetteer" in the lobby, which was very convenient to browse for travel tips while waiting for friends; and the daily weather updates in the elevator allowed me to adjust my travel plans in time. The service was also very attentive. The front desk can lend you an insulated box with ice packs, which was very convenient for us to bring food up the mountain for a picnic. The staff saw that I was carrying a camera and proactively gave me a moisture-proof bag. When I checked out, they also gave me two packs of tamarind cake, which was perfect for a snack on the road. Overall, this hotel is especially suitable for travelers who want to stay in a convenient and unique place. Unlike chain hotels, which are so standardized, you can feel the local customs everywhere. It would be even more worry-free to stay here with parents, as it is both unique and convenient. If I come to Xichang again next time, I will definitely choose this place again.
