The makeup boxes and lotions all have those bold fonts and bright graphics that make you want to buy them even if you don’t know what they are! Even the wooden tubs filled with mock herbs and flowers gave off an apothecary-meets-beauty-shop feel. It’s girly, nostalgic, and oddly calming all at once.
