Hajodae, located in Hagwangjeong-ri, Hyeonbuk-myeon, Yangyang, is also a popular sunrise spot for tourists. Hajodae, which is a hexagonal pavilion, is named after the surnames of Ha Ryun and Jo Jun, the founding fathers of the Joseon Dynasty, who lived in seclusion. Right in front of Hajodae, you can see a small pine tree rooted on the top of a rocky cliff.
