#IncheonTravel A vegan bakery that shows the true meaning of vegan bakery, a vegan baked goods specialty store called Jigubon.🌏 The mugs and glasses in the store feature the turtle 🐢Nuri, one of the mascots of Jigubon, and Nuri's shell is said to be shaped like a canulée. The other mascot, Bonnie, is shaped like a madeleine shell. For dessert, I ordered a rice bagel made with tofu 🥯, tofu salt bread, and Jeju matcha pound cake. It's made with tofu and 100% domestic rice flour, but how can it be this healthy and delicious?!😮 For drinks, I ordered an apple americano made with organic apples🍎 and espresso, which has a subtle apple flavor, and a cafe con miel with vegan honey and smooth cream that's not too sticky and has cinnamon sprinkled on top. Dessert time that makes you feel comfortable even after eating.
