I explored the inside of the distillery with a group of tourists. The guide was in Japanese, so I couldn't understand it, but there were many interesting things to see, such as the oak barrel storage. At the end of the tour, there is a course where you can taste whiskey for free. The Yoichi area is a place where you can take a day trip by train from Sapporo City. You should definitely visit.
