Negishi Forest Park

#thingstodo The park is so huge you forget youre in Japan. One of the best places to picnic or play sports outside for free in the area. Very well maintained.Cheery blossom time is a super busy time out here. The park is open year round and they have public restrooms. There is plenty of space for kids to run there hearts out and there is a great walking trail all the way around the park. Loads of space for a park in Japan. Come on out and enjoy yourself. Picnic spots are great also. Highly recommended

Negishi Forest Park is particularly large in the Yamate area of Yokohama. Originally a horse racing track, the roads are somewhat shaped like a racecourse. There are also horse-related facilities, such as a horse memorial museum. As a park, it is full of things, such as a vast lawn, rows of cherry blossom trees, and playground equipment that children can enjoy, making it a great place to spend a relaxing day. On a clear day, you can also see the Minato Mirai cityscape and Mt. Fuji. We hope you will come and visit. #Yokohama #SpringTrip #NegishiForestPark
