With its 3-kilometer stone-paved street, fire walls, serene courtyards, and stilt houses, the town is full of local character. We admired sights like the Yuanyang Tower, East Gate Tower, and well-preserved Ming and Qing residential buildings. The night lighting on Fengyu Bridge was stunning, and bonfire parties added to the lively atmosphere. Gongtan Ancient Town's historical charm and cultural richness made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend visiting to experience its timeless beauty.
