Yushuizhai (Part II)

Yushuizhai Scenic Area, located in the northern part of Baisha Town, is a scenic spot that integrates Naxi ethnic culture as its core with natural landscapes. Yushuizhai is the Dongba holy land in the central region of the Naxi people and the origin of the ancient town of Lijiang. The Nature Conservancy of the United States has designated Yushuizhai as a base for the inheritance of Dongba culture, Baisha fine music, and the Leba dance, undertaking the work of excavating, organizing, inheriting, researching, and displaying the ancient culture of the Naxi people. Yushuizhai Dongba Culture Inheritance Base has preserved the traditional and simple style of the Naxi people, which reflects the surrounding beautiful natural landscape, truly embodying the Naxi traditional concept of 'harmonious development between man and nature', the true essence of Dongba culture.
