Located within the park is Yongtong Bridge, known as the "sister bridge" of Zhaozhou Bridge. Built during the Tang Dynasty and renovated several times during the Jin, Ming, and Qing dynasties, Yongtong Bridge is a single-span open-spandrel stone arch bridge. It measures 32 meters long and 6.34 meters wide, with independent arches built side by side. The bridge and its railings feature exquisite carvings, such as the river god, which are remarkably vivid. Most of these carvings are relics from the second year of the Zhengde era in the Ming Dynasty. Due to its exquisite craftsmanship, Yongtong Bridge has been inscribed with numerous poems and writings by scholars throughout history. The park also houses the Xiguan Residential Wall, a county-level cultural relic protection site, which exudes an antique charm. 📌Tips: Unlike other cultural relics that are restored to their original condition, Yongtong Bridge has been restored to look brand new, giving it a unique character.
