Zhongshan Day Trip | City Walk Guide for Only RMB 100 per Person!

Zhongshan is only an hour's drive from Guangzhou and is a great choice for a relaxing day trip. The city is full of Lunar New Year atmosphere, and the attractions are close to each other, so you can easily walk between them. 🚗Itinerary: Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (currently closed) → Zhongshan Museum → Xishan Temple → Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street → Qijiang Bridge (Ferris wheel view) 🅿️Parking: Parking lot near Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, RMB 6 per time, no time limit. 🔺Zhongshan Museum: Reservations required, free admission. The museum has several halls, with a rich collection of cultural relics and art exhibitions worth seeing. You can easily spend two hours here, making it a great choice for family trips. 🔺Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall: Currently under renovation and closed to the public. 🔺Xishan Temple: Located near Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street, this Buddhist temple is worth a visit. 🔺Qijiang Bridge: A great place to take photos of the Ferris wheel. Capture your beautiful moments here! 🔺Aokang Food Store: Take some photos when you pass by, as it has a retro feel. Food and drink recommendations: Four Joys Coffee, etc. However, the opening hours of stores may vary during the Lunar New Year. We didn't get to try the local food on this trip, but the coffee and local specialties such as pigeon are worth a try.
